Group Description

Welcome to The Glamazombies, a group for, about and of the shambling minions (fans) of urban fantasist, horror comedian and general spaz, Mark Henry. If you don't know who that is, check out his website--recently redesigned and relaunched--or his livejournal, Zombie Chow.

His first novel, HAPPY HOUR OF THE DAMNED (order now from Amazon), came out in February 2008 to the outrage of the Junior League and others with sticks up their butts. Happy Hour is the irreverent and fictional memoir of one Amanda Feral, advertising executive, royal bitch and flesh-eating zombie. Along with her BFFs gay vamp Gil and fellow ghoul, Wendy, they reluctantly put down their cocktails to locate a missing friend and quash the last great zombie outbreak before the afterparty is ruined.

The second book in the series, ROAD TRIP OF THE LIVING DEAD is on its way.

So join up, introduce yourself, then hang out and talk zombies, books, or whatever. None of us take ourselves too seriously and neither does Patient Zero (Mark). Plague Carrier #1 (Missy) is your tourguide through this crazy world. You'll see her scooting around here, watching over the antics like a perky dictator. Obey her commands, lest ye be hobbled.

That said...

Housekeeping: all opinions are welcome, discussion encouraged (we're not adverse to adult language or topics, so this is certainly no group for kids). We do ask that if an opinion differs from yours, you discuss it calmly and use your grown up words. Flame wars will elicit the harshest discipline (Mistress Missy has a whip). We're all friends here, bound by our love of the undead and attempt at stalking Mark. So sit back, pull up a keyboard and enjoy the fun!
