      Hello Sherry,
      Most laptops don't have a numeric keypad, but they do have a method to
      simulate a numeric keypad on the regular typing keys. Do you have a "Fn" key
      between the left CTRL and ALT keys? Then try pressing this Fn key + ALT + ;
      (semicolon) simultaneously. This should do the same as ALT + Numeric Plus on
      a 101 keyboard. Similarly: Fn + ALT + P decreases magnification.
      I hope this is what you were looking for? If not: ZoomText allows you to
      change every command to different keystrokes. Normally I never advise people
      to do that, but on a laptop it is often a better choice.
      Greeting from Apeldoorn, The Netherlands,
      Bert Ebbe

      Hello List,

      For the first time I am having to use my laptop without attaching an
      external keyboard. How can I increase & decrease the magnification with
      keyboard commands? I tried the obvious ways, alt+ + to no avail. I miss
      my numeric keyboard! Thanks.

      Sherry Wells
