          Is there not a pot to adjust the output?

          There's also usually max/min pots on the VFD itself, or a setting if
          it's the type with an LED/LCD display.

          You generally have to adjust all of them to get the required speed
          range.

          I just installed the same set-up on my lathe. To get a full 10 volts I had to tweak the step pulse using the motor tuning pull down. I think I ended up with
