      G41 by itself uses the radius in the toltable for the current tool
      G41 Dx uses the radius in the tool table of the specified tool.
      G41 Px.xx uses the specified radius, regardless of the tool.

      Same for G42.

      Wear offsets have no effect, but should in thenext version.
