Yeah....you have to keep jacking/moving the front block to clear the trailer cross member and then the axle. I support the hull from the center in front on a

I agree with Dan, you could fill the ballast with water but I wouldn't tow it any where. The trailer is designed to pull the boat out of the water and support

I can shed some light as to where the water comes in. My 19 was taking on a lot of rain water and discovered it was the outboard well. The hull to deck joint
