      [Ryan] I would offer the suggestion that a working group (of those familiar with the old bylaws - and those familiar with the possible options) should get together ASAP.  Under UK Company law if there are lots of changes to be made you do not have to list each one as a separate resolution.  You can call an extraordinary general meeting and adopt a completely new version of the Constitution all in one hit.
