Re: Gluten-free substitute for linguine?

You can substitute Amino Acids for soy sauce. Just be careful. You only need about 1/5 of the amount. If you use the same amount, you will think you just bit

... They're also available on Amazon. The brand is Explore Asian. They have several gluten free pastas, made from black beans, adzuki beans, edamame and mung

Re: Gluten-free substitute for linguine?

Well, I don't live near a Costco, unfortunately. I'm guessing a spiralizer is a tool that cuts the zucchini into a spiral shape ? Never heard of it before.

Re: Gluten-free substitute for linguine?

Have you tried the green edamame pasta at Costco? The carbs are super low and it's made from soy beans. The texture is much better than the shirataki (sp?)

Re: Gluten-free substitute for linguine?

I might grate some cauliflower and make "rice". But another thought: do you need to serve it "over" something? You could make this as a side dish or just eat

Re: Gluten-free substitute for linguine?

Shiritaki noodles! They are made from konjac, basically tasteless but take on the flavour of your sauce. I use House Foods brand. 0 carbs. *trish* On 12 August
