Have you tried this brand? They are white tortillas not they icky brown ones with the odd texture. The texture and taste are just like the regular store

I'm not a regular tortilla eater, but when I have them, I use the Mission brand 3-net carb whole grain type. I don't know if the texture is what you're looking

You can substitute Amino Acids for soy sauce. Just be careful. You only need about 1/5 of the amount. If you use the same amount, you will think you just bit

Well, I don't live near a Costco, unfortunately. I'm guessing a spiralizer is a tool that cuts the zucchini into a spiral shape ? Never heard of it before.

Have you tried the green edamame pasta at Costco? The carbs are super low and it's made from soy beans. The texture is much better than the shirataki (sp?)
