Sylvester Jr is one character which has been neglected in the DVDs
released so far.
This film was released on VHS back in 1989 in [this page has some of
the details:

be tough to find. Your best bet is probably ebay.
Just so you know - the title is actually "Birds of a Father". Might
make it easier to locate. ;)
