We're pretty good at information architecture here at Webcredible. We
don't however have one person specialising solely in this, so we're
looking for someone to coordinate our IA and near end UCD user research

      The job role entails:

      - Putting into place internal processes and procedures for IA and UCD

      - Continually developing, coordinating and managing the company's

      - Running training courses and creating a new UCD course

Longer term, we envisage you becoming our head of user research, heading

You'll be working on exciting projects with big name clients, helping
them develop and refine leading-edge solutions. It's not all client work
though. We don't want you burning out so will always give you a short

though, we want you to have a life outside of work - we only work late
      if we absolutely have to.

Here at Webcredible we're only as good as our people. As such, we don't

tries to follow the direction its people want to move in. You'll have
total ownership over your job and career progression path, with regular
career reviews and appraisals. It's up to you to decide the direction
you want to go in and we'll do whatever it takes to accommodate your
      needs and make this happen.
