      December 8 - 16

      Or joins us for the:

      Silent Lam.Rim Retreat

      December 13 - 16

Guided by Venerable Robina and Venerable Drimay

Buddhism teaches that all happiness and suffering come not from outside circumstances, but from the mind. Discover the Buddhist principles that show how this works, and become skilled in meditation techniques that can transform your personal experience of suffering and dissatisfaction into happiness and peace of mind.

The first five days of the retreat schedule combines teachings with meditation sessions, question-answer periods and discussion groups. The last two full days take the form of a silent meditation retreat with guided meditation, designed to give participants an opportunity to familiarize themselves with and gain insight into the topics.

Excellent Introduction to Buddhism.  Great opportunity to deepen one's practice.
