Group Description

Why are we broadcasting the Police, Fire, EMS, HF Radio, Ham Radio, Special Sporting Events, Severe Weather, Times of National Emergency Radio Transmissions ?

General Public Interest : There are many people interested in the workings of the communities Public Safety Departments. Available Radio sites are located throughout the United States & abroad and communicate their city's Police, Fire and EMS dispatch transmissions. We decided to join them.

Appreciation of the Public Safety Departments: Few people realize just how busy both the Public Safety Departments can get, especially during critical times of emergency. The internet relay of radio communications gives you a picture that the spending of your tax dollars on the safety of your city is well worth it & knowing what the hell is going on in your town/city in the wake of an emergency.

As well, we like to think that we contribute to the public safety in the times of Emergency Situations whenever they may arise. The one thing that should stick out in your mind is the professionalism of your Police and Fire/Rescue and Emergency Departments. Under sometimes stressful emergency situations they remain calm and fully under control. That is the sign of a well trained department.

At times you will be also be able to listen to events during Severe Weather (ex. Hurricane Season, Tornado Season, Earthquakes, Winter Storms, Wild Fires etc.)

Listen to Live Public Safety Scanners online from USA, Canada, Australia and other International areas.

Place your scanner online and let us know about it.
