- Which "dstar" program are you talking about? D-RATS? If so, it's just
a Python program so follow it's instructions to install it's required
dependencies (python, modules, etc) and the program itself.
- It depends on what you want to do. If it's to use it as a repeater controller or 'hotspot' start with a Wheezy or Raspbian install, then go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ircDDBGateway/files/Documentation/ (you may need to join the group).
