      Tested on air against MultiPSK 3.13. Two notes:

      1. The polarity in quadrature mode seems to be reversed by default.
      Quick and effective fix is to check 'REV' or run in LSB mode. (assuming
      other guy is in USB with standard polarity)

      2. When applying this patch to the latest code, a diff for po/gmfsk.pot
      will fail. This is a trivial change, and may not even be needed. Just
      open the file, find the entry for "PSK63", and add a similar entry for
      QPSK63. Disregard the line number reference.

      It looks like the "symbollen" parameter in psk31/psk31.c is the key to
      defining other types of PSK31-ish modes. I'll try adding PSK10, PSK128
      and PSK220.
