Well in that case:
1. I would read your operating manual for the adjustments.
2. on the right top side of your desktop screen there is a speaker displayed.
a. right click on the speaker and a window drops down.
b. then click on preferences then click on the in and out tabs for adjustments.

The IC-7200 has a built in USB interface that handles audio and rig control commands. No interfacing hardware is required.
