      Google is often your friend. Searching for `csh opensuse' gives a
      number of relevant hits on the first page, including one from
      O'Reilly's Safari that says, in part: "This is the version included
      with openSUSE Linux. http://www.tcsh.org"

      So use its package manager to install the tcsh package and you should
      be all set.
