    Hi, Todd Nix @ dell pointed out the solution to the problem I was having. I installed the new version of the maestro audio module and now it works just fine.

      it's caused by the version of the maestro audio module that you're
      running.
      download the latest from people.redhat.com/zab/maestro and build and
      install it. should fix your problem.
