    Hi So are u saying that I would get the boot: prompt if I dont use Yast? Another problem is that during the installation of packages, it gives me an error

      So are u saying that I would get the "boot:" prompt if I dont use Yast?
      Another problem is that during the installation of packages, it gives me an error -"Failed to write root passward". Any ideas on this?
