I have posted some pictures from the workshop that Mary Kay, Julie and I went to on Wednesday at String of Purls in Omaha.  The one and only Kay Gardiner (the New York City half of Mason Dixon Knitting) instructed us in the log cabin technique.  (It's FUN!)  The three of us had lunch after the class at the Market Basket and--whaddaya know---Kay came in and joined us.

This technique is a breeze once you get going and if anyone is interested, we could add this to our syllabus of TKGA meetings!
