Mike Gartner has confirmed his attendance at the second annual Capitals Convention presented by GEICO on Saturday, Oct. 2 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Gartner, who had his number 11 retired on Dec. 28, 2008, ranks second in Caps history in goals (397), assists (392) and points (789).
