[BEVERLY WALLER] Early to mid 30s, in the late 1950s, this woman has
      been
incarcerated in a mental hospital for jumping off a bridge with her
      infant daughter.
Subject to excruciating experiments by psychiatrist, Dr. Peterson,
      Beverly seems
completely disoriented, and the fact that she claims that she
      is "Allison Dubois" from
the year 2005 only seems to confirm her insanity. Allison's
      terrifying nightmares, in
which she takes Beverly's place in the mental institution, are
      actually Beverly's cry
for help. A psychic herself, the much misunderstood and wronged
      Beverly is now
reaching out to Allison across the decades to save a loved one in
      distress...GUEST
      LEAD
[MAGGIE FULTON] In her late 40s, this defense attorney, assertive,
      direct,
conscientious, is a enormously likeable woman who is deeply committed
      to her job.
Convinced that her murderous client, Timothy Kendrick, is genuinely
      insane, she is
determined to get Kendrick off on an insanity plea. When Maggie later
      learns that
she has been duped, she is properly outraged. Diagnosed with a rare
      liver disorder,
which causes her to have some good days, and some bad days, Maggie is
      unable to
find the proper tissue donor -- until Allison steps in with some
      startling information
that will save Maggie's life...GUEST LEAD
[DR. PETERSON] 40 to 45, seen in Allison's psychic nightmares, this
      misguided,
eerily calm, impassioned doctor is the head of a psychiatric hospital
      in the late
1950s. Peterson routinely subjects his patients, including the
      unfortunate Beverly
Waller, to electroshock therapy, ice baths, and other forms
      of "psychiatric torture."
Allison also sees Peterson in old films of his patient sessions with
      Beverly...GUEST
      LEAD
      [OLDER CANDACE] A lovely older woman of 66, she's Beverly's sister, a
      happily
married grandmother with a serene and stable life. Years ago, Candace
      watches
Beverly jump off a bridge, supposedly with her infant daughter in her
      arms.
Forgiving and loving, Candace tells Allison of Beverly's motivation
      for such a rash
      and desperate act... 2 scenes
      MEDIUM page 2
[ROGER] 21 to 25, this graduate student encounters Allison at the
      psychiatric
hospital where he is currently researching his thesis about the now
      completely
discredited Dr. Peterson. Obviously a bit smitten with Allison, he
      gives her a wealth
of information about Peterson, not to mention some archival films of
      Peterson's
      sessions with Beverly...4 scenes
[TIMOTHY KENDRICK] 19 to 24, a wealthy, privileged, spoiled young man
      who
recently brutally murdered both his parents, he has the darting eyes
      and dissociative
manner of the genuinely insane. However, as Allison later learns,
      Timothy actually
killed for gain, and is now feigning insanity -- quite brilliantly --
      to get away with
      murder...1 REALLY GREAT SCENE
[COP #1 AND #2] 30 to 45, seen in Allison's bizarre nightmare, these
      two uniformed
police officers become highly suspicious about Allison's erratic
      behavior. Convinced
that Allison is a lunatic, they escort her to a psychiatric
      facility...3 scenes
      respectively SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITIES
[SECURITY GUARD] Any ethnicity, seen in Allison's nightmare, this
      hostile security
guard refuses to admit her to the D.A.'s office without her security
      badge. Later,
however, when Allison actually does forget her badge in real life, he
      is smiling,
      friendly and helpful...CO-STAR
[MAN AT PHONE / WALTER WALLER] 38 to 40, Beverly's husband, who is a
      tad older
than his wife, is seen in Allison's nightmare. This edgy and angry
      man is a war hero,
junior high teacher and pillar of his community. But as Allison later
      learns, Walter
      has a dark secret...2 scenes
[NURSE] 30 to 50, this psychiatric nurse pastes on a plastic smile
      when Allison
complains about her long wait to see the clinic head -- but she is
      actually annoyed by
Allison, and has no intention of helping her...1 scene
[ORDERLIES] These menacing psychiatric orderlies subdue and sedate
      the frantic
      Allison...3 scenes SUBMIT ALL ETHNICITES
[CANDACE WALLER] Candace seen in flashback as a young woman of 20,
      she pleads
with her sister, Beverly Waller, not to jump off a bridge with her
      infant... 1 scene
STORY LINE: Allison has a disorienting recurring nightmare in which
      she is
incarcerated in a mental institution, circa 1959. But as she tries to
      piece together the
mystery, she realizes that the long dead BEVERLY WALLER, the actual
      psychiatric
patient whose persona Allison has assumed in her dreams, is reaching
      out to her
across the decades to save a loved one in need...

[GIRL / BEAU] In her 20s, a sexy tomboyish stunner, H.O.T., Beau
      lives in Tyree Parish and
first encounters a lost Shane when she gives him directions. Strong,
      sharp-tongued, a bit
reserved, not one to suffer fools badly, Beau turns out to be a first
      rate martial artist who
taught herself everything she knows--and is quick to pick up a few
      things from Shane when
they have their first friendly spar. A good match with Shane on many
      levels, Beau is reluctant
to tell him about her distasteful family, particularly her cousin
      Bill Tequierry, from whom she
tries to save Shane and succeeds in arousing his suspicions about
      her. Eventually, she assures
Shane that she and him are on the same page, and Beau has a to-the-
      death fight with Bill's
henchwoman, Nadja--another cousin who's been dying to mix it up with
      Beau...LEAD
[WILD BILL TEQUIERRY] In his 20s, large, powerful and, despite his
      youth, a wolf among men,
with long hair and the devil in his eye, Bill works for a mobster,
      Victor Cross, down in Florida,
and is ruthlessy carving out his own niche in Tyree Parish,
Louisiana. From a bad family, with
a bad temper but considerable chops as a fighter, he was a protege of
      Dalton's a while back
but has since decided he was unfairly thrown out (he was stealing
      from the till) and deserves
the Black Pelican for himself--hopefully with the chance to kill
      Dalton first. A true sociopath,
Beau's cousin (much to her digust), Bill does in fact dispatch
Dalton, in his hospital room no
less, but he's no match for Shane...LEAD
[LUTHOR KEYES] 30s, a hardass without a hint of humor, Luthor is the
      second in command
after Dalton at The Black Pelican, and he's in charge when Dalton
winds up in the hospital. A
brawler, tough and strong but not really well trained, Luthor knows
      which side his bread is
buttered on and is firmly in the pocket of Bill Tequierry. In fact,
      Luthor slips Bill information
about Shane all along, giving Bill the advantage when Shane has
      something planned. Luthor
winds up going one on one in a fight with Shane, who eventually gets
      the information he
      wants from him...LEAD (8)
[NADJA] In her 20s, braided, pierced and crazy as hell, she's one of
      Bill's top enforcers and is
a cousin of Beau's as well. A vengeful, bullying kind of gal, a first
      rate martial artist, Nadja
joins Bill in wreaking havoc on Dalton, his bar, his staff and Shane.
      Ultimately, she has a longoverdue
showdown with Beau, who is her match in fighting talent and sheer
      stamina...LEAD
[MARCUS REYNOLDS] In his 30s, dangerous, one of Bill's enforcers,
Marcus is a guy who can
take a lot of damage--even from his own boss-and still come back for
      more. He gets into
trouble with Bill for trying to sell drugs in The Black Pelican, but
      he's obviously a loyal
henchman who mixes it up with Dalton's crew frequently. He's
      ultimately killed by Deputy
      Hendricks...7 lines, 7 scenes
STORY LINE: With the legendary DALTON out of commission after a
      brutal attack from his
psychopathic rival WILD BILL TEQUIERRY, his "adopted" son SHANE
      GARRETT comes to work
at his bar, The Black Pelican, only to find himself at the mercy of
      an indifferent or corrupt local
police department as he tries to keep Bill from taking over the bar
      and killing both him and
      Dalton...

      life around her
sheep-skewed priorities, RECOGNIZABLE FACES PREFERRED . . .LEAD
      COLLECTIBLES page 2
STORY LINE: When 5-year-old Alex's parents give her a beautiful
      princess doll for
Christmas, but forbid her from opening the package because it is a
      collectible, she
becomes determined to open it and free the princess.
Alex lives with her parents, Kent and Babs, in a Stepford-like
      Midwestern suburb.
Mom and Dad are completely out of touch with Alex's interests,
      absorbed instead
with their obsessions (Mom adores sheep, Dad is into trains) and
      their routine,
middle-of-the-road lives. Neither Kent nor Babs have a sense of
      personal style or unborrowed
opinions, but accept the status quo fed to them by popular TV,
      Reader's
Digest, QVC and Home Improvement channels. Alex hasn't started school
      and
therefore has not been exposed to the outside world, only the
      strangely warped
world of her parents, who have stuffed their home with collectibles
      and treat her like
one as well. The story explores the moment she starts challenging her
      parents'
authority and coming into her own consciousness.

      brother.
Mentally and physically debilitated by 8 years of torture during his

      murder.
[ARIEL] (40+) Currently played by Zeljko Ivanek. "The Bad Cop". A
      policeman
who works hard to right the wrongs of a world he sees as a hurtful
      and depressing.
He has a blinding hatred for anyone who harms children because he was
      once the
