RE: [learningfromeachother] Re: FREE WEBINAR: Investigations with African Independent Thinkers
Well put Pamela. I totally agree with ALL your points that you have made. I see us moving into a direction that is more organized and has the etiquette of our expectations. We continue to build on this and we can only grow for the betterment of our individual goals. Thanks for identifying the key issues.

Hi Asif and Andrius
Asif commented elsewhere that ". it's the quality not the quantity that
I see the way forward with these webinars as a gradual development
# We build the skills and confidence and team approach with a core group.
# We change the emphasis and focus of the webinars to give variety and
development - but the heart of the thing stays the same.
# We add additional people to the group. We develop it like a club.
# Regular people will know how to "behave" and how to make others
# We need to build the dynamics gradually, then we can confidently
tackle more complicated issues.
# Later we will be able to hold "expert sessions" and invite people who
are not in our normal network to attend.
# These expert sessions could develop into consultancy sessions using
the expertise of our people.
