As a part of walk and talk
I want to add excursions 1. to the Notting Hill district of London, which was a place of famous G.K.Chesterton's utopia "Napoleon from Notting-Hill" about the independency of districts (Uzupis theme). Novel wriiten in 1904, action take place in 1984 (Orwell's year before Orwell and with another prediction!) and 2. to Bedford-park (district republic of bohemians and socialists, SW after Cheaswik)

Subject: [learningfromeachother] London meeting - starting to buy tickets

Hi, I have started to buy tickets for the London meeting for Rachel and
our Lithuanian team. Monday I will write to Prodromos with the
information for our invitations. Ana, do you have any CV? that would help
      me.

I share some notes about our tentative calendar, budget, and the "work
walks" which is how I imagine we'll spend much of our time.

Peter Ongele is just getting his passport, and Samwel Kongere is able to
come, so I let Peter know that we won't invite him this time, but I'm very
      interested in the future possibility.

      Andrius Kulikauskas, ms@...

What are good days, evenings for video bridges?

      ------------ --------- --------- --------- --

WorkWalks are a fun, cheap way to make the most of our time together as a
group. We buy a transit day pass and spend the day walking around, riding
around, exploring the city. As we walk, we talk in twos and threes. Every
so often we form a larger circle. We can visit museums (especially when
they are free). We make use of public spaces. We can do creative events.
We pack and carry our own meals. We can visit people and companies.

Also, I look forward to us doing video bridges from London with Serbia,
      Lithuania, Silicon Valley and Kenya.
