Group Description

For discussing how to learn, apply and evangelicize Lean-Agile Software Development and/or Scrum, ATDD, TDD, TOC, Kanban, the Kanban Method, ... within the context of Lean. Al Shalloway of Net Objectives is the group moderator. Discussion on _any_ related topic is encouraged. No spam or job announcements are allowed. Seminar, course, webinar announcements and the like are allowed only by active members and must be preceded with [ANN] and should not be made more than monthly per person per topic.

Do not attribute motivations to a person's post. Stick to the issues.

Feel free to discuss questions evoked by comments by people not on this board. But don't discuss the beliefs of those folks not on this board.

So, if you heard someone say something and have a question about it, I am happy for a post about the question you have about the statement. For example, "I have heard that Scrumban should not be a considered a team process", what do people think about this? Is a perfectly acceptable question. There is no point in mentioning where that question came from because we should never believe anything just based on the position or authority of the person saying it.

I do not want to hear something like "Mr X said Mr Y's belief is wrong."

I believe that we have far too long indulged in personalities in the software community and would much rather discuss the issues.
