      Story Gumbo! Storytelling in the realm of Myth, Memories and Mardi Gras, New Orleans
      style!... Come hear 3 Nationally recognized professional storytellers: Diane Ferlatte
      (African Am.), Gay Ducey (Euro Am.) and Nancy Wang (Asian Am) of Eth-Noh-Tec tell tales
      from both sides of the Color Line and somewhere in between. These Bay Area storytellers,
      all born and raised in New Orleans will cast their Nawlin's spells of personal lore for a
      delightful evening of listening. Proceeds will go to relief efforts for the communities
      effected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

      All three of these tellers have performed internationally at storytelling stages, libraries,
      universities and concert halls. They have collectively graced such notable stages as the
      National Storytelling Festival stage in Jonesborough, TN, the Kennedy Center's Millenium
      Stage, Tales of Graz, Austria, and events from Singapore to Ireland. This event promises to
      move your heart to a place of compassionate listening.
