- It does allow both of those things to happen, it is a great advancement.
I hope they drop the 200% thing I think it really lowers the great Naish standard for top class gear and professionalism in the industry that Robby/Randy have built their great business on.

You are right of course. I think one beta testers reported that the
extra depowering ability was "very noticable" on some kites... this
is a far cry from 200%. I hope they drop the 200% claim, it is
The UDS does appear to allow me to launch depowered without being in
the chicken loop.It also appears to allow me to spin without
tangling my leash.
If just these features work, it will be a significant safety advance.
