2 strap directional

Basically, i find that if you almost get your front foot out of its
strap, (leaving your big toe under the strap) and then move your back
foot out and in front of its strap. Then bear off down wind slightly
to gain some speed and stability. You can then bring your back foot
forward and twist it round to get it half in the front strap, bring
your old front foot back towards rear strap.
This takes some practice, but keep trying
I find that i move my feet then carve round when riding left foot
forward and carve and then move feet when right foot forward, this is
just my preference.
