      For the Mystic area there a few reasonably priced motels more towards the Groton area. Places to eat that you might check out are Paul s Pasta in Groton and

        For the Mystic area there a few reasonably priced motels more towards
        the Groton area. Places to eat that you might check out are Paul's
        Pasta in Groton and the buffets in the 2 area casinos (Mohegan Sun and
        Fox Woods).
        For Newport you best bet for motels is off of Aquidneck Island. Close
        by areas are Bristol, Swansea, Sommerset, and Fall River. Some good
        places to eat are Christy's and Flo's in Newport. In near by Fall
        River you have Battleship Cove and if you go to the base in Newport
        and go by the piers the Forrestal and Saratoga are there. In near by
        Bristol you have The Herreshoff Marine Museum.
