If you or your partner did not have a bat/bar mitzvah and now have a child preparing for one, you may have questions about the meaning of the ritual. Join us for a one of a kind class for interfaith families to learn more about the history and traditions of this important life cycle event, as well as roles for all family members.

Preparing for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah in Your Interfaith Family is an online, work at your own pace, 8-week class in which you will explore a variety of topics and connect with other local interfaith families. This is a non-judgmental, supportive and open forum for you to learn, experience, question, and share. Sign up online at: www.interfaithfamily.com/bayarea. 8-session online class begins on October 25, 2013. The cost is $54 per couple. Please let us know if the fee is a problem and we will work with you to find a way for you to participate.
