If you're looking for compiler basic, you may want to see if ZBASIC is still available. Haven't looked at it in about 8 years now, but it did allow you to write Z80 assember and was more advanced in intrinsics than GW-Basic.

In internet I've found this side:
where you can download a gwbasic-Version, then I hope the program
must be run. I have modified the SECTOR2.BAS-Software for my
PowerBasic-Version. It was not easy to do that, but now, sector2.bas
will work for about 80% with my FB100.
