      Nevertheless, there are a number of pro's here:
      *asynchronicity, yet close to real-time
      *friendly non-threatening coaching environment.
      *very much a "handshake" enviroment, again, non-threatening.
      *feeling of mutual aid and co-operation, with both parties getting a lot out of
      it.

      You may be onto a very profitable and useful model for all sorts of learning
      enviroments, not just language...
