Butterbredt BEVI & WIFL Data?

I just received the following note from U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Doug
Threnody. I encourage you to provide Doug with the information he wants and
needs to make the most informed comments on behalf of the US FWS as possible
within his deadlines concerning wind development in/near Butterbredt Spring.
Remember, overall migration species and numbers data are welcome, too.
