A CLARION CALL TO LITIGANTS FOR PEACEFUL REVOLT AGAINST SLACK JUDICIARY
Today you see your friend, relative or a neighbour entangled in endless litigation heading towards physical, mental and financial ruin. Tomorrow it can be you, your children or your grand children.
We are proposing to form a National Litigants Assembly under the aegis of Forum For Fast Justice, a Mumbai based trust, enjoying permanent exemption under section 80-G of Income Tax Act, 1961 and permission for 5 years till Nov. 2017 under Foreign Contribution Act, 2010.
Forum For Fast Justice is the only NGO in the country spearheading nationwide campaign of judicial reforms under the project of SAVE JUDICIARY-SAVE NATION.
You need not be a litigant but take couple of them with you to the corridors of the court in your city and enrol about a dozen persons involved in various types of cases who do not get justice but get Tareekh Pe Tareekh (Date after Date). Meet once a month on tea in rotation at members' houses, share the experience of the courts and think on the remedies of the maladies. If the membership grows, you may meet in a school class room or in a garden under a tree. This is an inexpensive and informal organisation. Your Litigants Forum is formed for which no registration is required. Your representatives may meet the office bearers of the Bar (advocates) Associations, court officers or the judges for problems and solutions. You may plan agitations also.
Forum For Fast Justice will link such forums nationwide for convenient interaction.
We, at our cost will host one conference of National Litigants Assembly every year in different cities. It can be your city too. It can be formed only if the response is spontaneous.

- i AM SINCERELY HAPPY THAT SOME GROUP HAS TAKEN A LEAD IN THIS.
BUT, MOST OF THE LITIGANTS ARE POOR PEOPLE UNABLE TO MEET THEIR
DAILY EXPENSES OF LIFE. i HOPE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS .
BUT, PERSEVERANCE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE IT EFFECTIVE. IT IS UPTO
THE LEADERS OF THIS COUNTRY TO REMOVE THE CASE PENDENCY OF
OVER 3.22 CRORES IN THE VARIOUS COURTS BY FRAMING SUITABLE LAWS
AND JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY IS ONE OF THEM.
SERIOUS ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES
FOR GIVING ILLOGICAL JUDGEMENTS, WHENEVER , IT IS NOTICED. i.e.
THE FACEBOOK COMMENT ARRESTS BY PALGHAR POLICE. A CASE
WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN QUASHED AND THE ARREST OF THE GIRLS
DECLARED ILLEGAL AND STRICT ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE POLICE
OFFICERS ON DAY OF PRODUCTION OF SO-CALLED ACCUSED IN COURT, IT
IS SAD TO NOTICE THAT THE CASE IS STILL NOT QUASHED . SUCH
DELAYS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PENDENCY OF OVER 3.22 CRORES IN
INDIAN COURTS. IN SUCH A SCENARIO, YOU HAVE A TOUGH JOB AHEAD
OF YOU. ALL THE BEST.
