Jan 31: Karmayog Meeting of Chembur NGOs
- The meeting was attended by 20 people representing Kotak Education Foundation, Pestom Sagar Citizen's Forum, MHM Orphanage, Aai Caretaker, Ramgopal Children Benefit's Trust, Nami India, and Prof. Mani (who is involved with several NGOs).Each NGO introduced themselves, their work, their needs, etc. Many of those present could immediately help them with useful contacts. Most had never met each other even though they were only a km or so from each other. There was a lot of learning from each other's experiences. We really enjoyed the opportunity to meet everyone face-to-face.rgds,Vinay / Tanya----- Original Message -----From: pscf ch
Thanks for the invitation. I will be happy to join you at 4.30 pm, with a humble request, if get-together gets extended beyond 6, I will have to leave for Nerul; where, incidentally, I am being felicitated by New Bombay Keraleeya Samaj as their original author of Constitution and Silver Jubilee of my social service.

The meeting is an informal get-together for us to get to know each other better.
There is no meeting agenda; each of us will introduce ourselves and our work for 2 minutes. Thereafter we will mix informally.
Ms. Akhila Maheshwari, NAMI, has very kindly offered her residence as a venue for the meeting.
