One area that needs serious attention is construction 'malba' getting dumped on any and every available land. This is a totally unneccessary pollution problem that will render all this land fallow. The malba needs to get disposed off responsibly, taking care that as liitle surface area is assigned to such irreversible, non bio-degradable land fills. And also as little malba as possible is generated. One possible way is to not only land fill, but create huge mounds to accomodate even more malba on top of the land fill, and then cover it with top soil, and green it. Apparently this was done with the world war waste in some european city. (Paris maybe)
