Re: Your complaints reg. Reliance Infocom
- Dear Mr. Subramanay,With regard to your mail, Please contact the Public Relations Department of Reliance Infocomm.Ask for the head of the department and address your problem directly to them.Ideally, the Public Relations department should be able to direct you to the concernedofficial who would be able to either support you to sort out your problems or put you in touchwith Mr. Anil Ambani's office. ( if necessary )If you also visit the website of Reliance Infocomm, you should be able to get all the numbers and yes, even write to Anil Ambani should you choose to let him know that his Customer Relationship Management Department needs to pull up their socks. You also need to inform the PR department that your problem would be made public in the eventthat you are given the run around and your problem not resolved swiftly. There is more than one reason why the Public Relations Department of an organisation is called a Public Relations Department. The buck stops there. It is their role to protect the image of the company they represent with anyone and everyone. Trust me, if anything negative appears in the media, they would be the ones held responsible to sort out the bad image.Cheers and all the best,Hope to see a positive email from you soon informing us that your problems are resolved.RegardsLorraine
