      Applications are invited for Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan for 2014.

      This scheme enables Indians of high academic caliber to study in the UK on various masters, doctoral, academic and professional fellowship programmes. The India CSFP programme is jointly managed by the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) in the UK, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) of the Government of India, the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the British Council.


      Applications are invited by the MHRD for scholarships and the UGC for fellowships.

      Level of course: CSFP programme is for six months of clinical training, one year taught Masters, Doctoral degree of up to 3 years duration,. Eligibility criteria, guidelines and application form can be downloaded from http://www.britishcouncil.in/study-uk/scholarships/commonwealth-scholarships


      11 October, 2013 for receiving the applications in the Ministry by post or hand.

      6 October, 2013 The last date of applying online through http://mhrd.gov.in/

      However, hard copy of application along with supporting documents should reach by 11 October 2013 either by post or by hand to:
