      1.      HAMS NEED TO REPORT RAIN OR SHINE TO THE HOLLAND HIGH SCHOOL NO LATER THEN 11:00AM ON SATURDAY MORNING MAY 20TH FOR SIGN-IN, ID CARDS AND TRANSPORT TO LINE UP AREA  FOR ORIENTATION

      2.      PARKING WILL BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HIGH SCHOOL ON THE GRASS

      3.      EQUIPMENT NEEDED: SUN BLOCK, SUN GLASSES, RAIN COAT, 2M HT EARPHONE/ SPEAKER MIKE, EXTRA BATTERIES

      4.      FREQUENCY WILL BE THE 146.500/147.500 PL94.8 IF THE REPEATER GOES DOWN HAVE YOUR HT PROGRAMMED TO 146.52 SIMPLEX

      5.      PLEASE WEAR  DARK PANTS AND LIGHT COLOR SHIRT FOR A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE

      6.      USE TACTICAL CALL SIGNS (UNIT NUMBERS) ONLY, DO NOT USE YOUR CALL SIGN EXCEPT FOR SIGNING INTO NET CONTROL FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TRANSMISSION

      7.      ALL TRAFFIC WILL GO THROUGH NET CONTROL

      8.      CONFINE RADIO TRAFFIC TO MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY OR LOGISTICAL TRAFFIC ONLY

      9.      WHEN YOU REACH YOUR POSITION, MAKE THE POLICE OFFICER AWARE OF YOUR RED CROSS TEAM AND COMMUNICATION ABILITY. TAKE A POSITION NEAR THEM WHEN THE PARADE STARTS.

      10. WHEN RESPONDING TO AN EMERGENCY, STAY WITH THE PERSON NEEDING MEDICAL HELP; LET THE SECOND EMT GO FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NEEDED.

      11. GIVE LOCATION BY LANDMARKS, EXAMPLE: “ IN FRONT OF THE HOLLAND SENTINEL BUILDING” ETC.

      12. HAVE EMT’S GIVE YOU THE PRIORITY NUMBER OF THE PERSON NEEDING HELP 1-3

      13. WHEN THE PARADE HAS PASSED YOUR AREA LET NET CONTROL KNOW AND FOLLOW THE PARADE TO THE HIGH SCHOOL

      14. DO NOT TALK DIRECT TO OTHER UNITS EXCEPT WITH PERMISSION FROM NET CONTROL

      15. PLEASE WEAR DARK PANTS AND LIGHT COLOR SHIRT FOR A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE
