      Here it is...

      Simplex Net.
      Date: March 5, 2005
Time: 1000 to 1100 Local time (Alpha time)
      Frequency: 147.52 mhz Simplex
      Tones: None
      Net Control Callsign: KC8LCP
      Net Control Operator: N8GGO

This net will be used to test the communications
capabilities of each amateur station during a
simulated communications emergency where there are no
      repeaters active, or available.

Each station will listen for instructions from the Net
Control operator for specific check-in procedures.

For those stations that typically take up SKYWARN
Spotter positions, it is requested that you go to one
of those positions prior to this net and check in from
      that location.
This would be a good time for other Emergency
Operations Centers to test their Simplex capabilities
      also.

Depending on the sucess of and participation during
this net, other Simplex Test may be scheduled on other
      days and at different times.

Please pass this information on to those that may not
      be on this reflector.

      73,
      Rick, N8GGO
      AEC Ottawa County SKYWARN
