      JSLint is now fussier about use of the ! operator. There are some cases that will cause it to complain

      Confusing use of '!'.

      It will complain if !'s operand is one of

      < <= == === !== != > >= + - * / %

      The relational operators will complain if their operand is !.

      So !a === b and !(a === b) will both produce warnings.
