      Just an observation. ..
       
      What is not a difficult or scary circumstance to one person certainly may be to the next! To advise hikers that the conditions you experienced were nothing serious blindly overestimates the skill level of those who take that advice and who may thereafter get into serious trouble.
       
      Just our advice, only describe the conditions as you experienced them and let those who read them decide whether they merit serious concern or not.
