      I agree on that Sim, but this guy was hunting on private property that was not opened to hunters.  That sort of behavior has no business getting away with, especially when someone dies, without some jail time to teach a severe lesson to others.  I'm not saying I think you disagree, but I'm saying this to let it be known why I thought he deserves jail time.

      No excuse, for sure. The guy deserves real jail time. But the lesson learned is hikers should wear neon orange during hunting season, even if they are not in hunting territory (like this girl was, the hunter was hunting in an illegitimate area). Of course the other lesson learned is to be ready for your death at all times. This sort of accident is extremely rare. Super tragic nevertheless.
