      If you are local. or passing through San Francisco, Rainbow Coop Grocery's great bulk food collection has whole dry milk in bins so you can decide how much you want to buy. They were out of it earlier this week, however.

      I would not risk pre-mixing powdered milk into anything that might contain moisture.
