      DUTY STATION: TBILISI

      Public Union Art Hall has been founded by the creative team of the Film
      Actors Theater. Union's activities are aimed at assisting children
      (including vulnerable, IDPs and diabetic children) in their aesthetic
      education, to promote their capacity and creative intelligence.

      To enhance its activities in different art sectors, that includes Tele- and
      Theatre Studio, choreographic studio, music studio, designing studio, -
      Union Art Hall is looking for a qualified candidate on the post of Office
      Administrator/Manager.

      Key duties and responsibilities:

      ** General administrative work
      ** Develop and manage Unions activities in the field of arts and children's
      healthcare.
      ** Prepare fixed schedule for routine task as part of monthly and weekly
      administrative plans.
      ** Oversees daily activities for Union trainers/lecturers.
      ** Facilitate and coordinate the campaign launch, including press and media
      arrangements.
      ** Identification of local/international sponsors and donors and engage
      their involvement in the process of Union's development.
      ** Facilitate and coordinate Union's participation in different Art Festivals.
      ** Maintain and controls documentation.
      ** Write and translate documentation and letters when necessary.
      ** Make appointments for Union team members with Governmental and NGO
      representatives.
      ** To serve as a backup to the Union Director, assuming all duties and
      responsibilities in the absence of the incumbent of that position.

      Desired qualifications/personal qualities:

      ** A basic understanding of general administrative office procedures.
      ** Excellent diplomatic and communication skills.
      ** Ability to communicate with local and international donors.
      ** Experience of working in private sector is an advantage.
      ** Ability to work as a member of a team and remain congenial even in
      stressful circumstances.
      ** Fluency in written and spoken Georgian, Russian and English.

      Compensation:
      Depends on applicant's ability and previous work experience.

        Key duties and responsibilities:

        ** Answering the main inquiries about the organization.
        ** Serving as the face of PMCG to the public. Maintaining a professional character and appearance while projecting a positive image on behalf of the organization.
        ** Answering phones and directing callers to appropriate employees. Sending and distributing fax messages.
        ** Checking main mailbox regularly and distributing messages accordingly. Also responding to e-mails to partner clients regarding the company issues.
        ** Maintaining the functioning of reception area, also maintaining the conference room database.
        ** Assisting with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports.
        ** Interfering in a number of financial issues of the company. Monitoring employees' salaries, observing the payments meeting deadlines and performing related tasks.
        ** Other administrative tasks.
