It sounds like Once Upon a Time in China. The problem is, there are at
least four versions of it not including a parody in which Jet Li did
not act in. I would think there is a sound track because there are
nice songs from it. If there isn't, I know Jackie Chan sings the same
central song of Once Upon a Time in China in his own movie Legend of
the Drunken Master.

Both Legend of the Drunken Master and Once Upon a Time in China are
about the legendary martial artist and healer Wong Fei Hung.

My answers are quite vague I know and I do welcome other inputs.
