What do you all think of the Yahoo Answers feature at the bottom of the main page for this group? Should we keep it or get rid of it?

Those in the WT who claimed to be annointed who were bapt after that date were said to be replacements for those who had fallen away (what those 85 year old men did to get expelled from the kigdom is beyond me). As of 5/1/07 this 1935 date was eliminated and the WT said no one knows when the door was closed and perhaps new annointed are being gathered. They also stated that annointed are not special in any way, have no added insight or holy spirit. They now harp on following the governing body at all costs.

        No change at all.

Ones like Fred Franz believed that they were replacements, and people
        back then didn't question him.

But the teaching was that the general selection ran from 33 to 1931, not
1935. 1935 was when the great crowd
was identified. Those who started forming the great crowd existed prior
        to then.

And it was always believed that the anointed are not special, but many
like to make them that way.

And there is no following of the GB at all costs. It is just good
        organizationally.

Nothing changed because I look beyond what Fred Franz taught, and look
        for the reality in the
        events of what was taught.
