      me.emf is the main start-up configuration file for MicroEmacs, you will find it in the ME macros directory. Alternatively use user-setup to create and edit

        me.emf is the main start-up configuration file for MicroEmacs, you will find it in the ME macros directory. Alternatively use user-setup to create and edit your own Setup File and copy this global-bind-key line into it.
