the second week since the book has been released. It is selling well
on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com. She has been doing fantastic
television and radio interviews to promote it!

Please help make this book a best seller! Stop in your local book
store and make sure they are selling it and that it is prominently
displayed - if not, ask them to order it.

If you can buy one off Amazon or Barnes and Noble.com, PLEASE DO! Ask
your friends to buy one, too! If you want to buy more than one, buy
from a bookstore, because for best seller list purposes, 2 books
ordered in one shipment from the .com's only count as a purchase of one
book!! Multiple books purchased from a store actually count 1 for 1!!

review on Amazon or Barnes and Noble.com
