      Dear Mr. Branson:

I have read your petition to the U.S. Supreme Court that you very kindly sent me.

      Are you a lawyer?

This is a work of great thought and meaning which has implications far beyond a parking ticket or even the scheme and fiduciary conspiracy and malfeasance perpetrated on the people of Los Angeles by Lockheed Martin and the City of Los Angeles.

To me it is a brilliant work which I will happily study with great relish at
length as it is an education in itself regarding Constitutional issues .....
Our nation desperately needs more men like you with the courage, knowledge, will, tenacity, and outright patriotism to put into action our reclaim of our national rights of individual sovereignty as enunciated by both the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence, and the Preamble to the Constitution for the United States.  ....

We must, as you have done, insist, as we the people, in having our government obtain its power from the consent of those to be governed rather than from the current state of affairs, which in practice, dictates--in violation of both the preamble and the document thus enabled--the opposite--that the people derive their powers from consent (and at the whim of) the government.

I am choosing to educate myself to be able to do as you have so brilliantly
done, in being able to study your document, and thus, the workings of the legal mind that composed it, will contribute greatly to that education.

We need our Constitution back in the arena it was meant and crafted to
operate in and out of the hands of the likes of Lockheed-Martin and the judiciary who have usurped it and replaced the interests of we the people with their own corporate interests to the extent that even the judiciary is convinced that it has granted Corporations, Holding Companies, and International Banking Conglomerates status as individual citizens with protections under the Constitution as though they were flesh and blood individual sovereign human beings ....
Please send or resend me your proposals concerning the ways and means for providing Jail4Judges, and I will try to do what I can to help succeed in providing adequate and appropriate housing for both the Wolves, the Jackals, and the judges, who allow them to feed on the flesh and blood of our nation's people and pervert the will of the people in their establishment of government that derives its just powers from the consent of the governed.

You honored me with a wish for God's Blessing upon me and I wish to return that to you a hundredfold. May God Bless you

      Most sincerely,

      Michael R. Glenn

      Response from Ron Branson:
Michael Glenn, thank you for your honors in recognition of our legal work. As you have noticed, there is basically no issues presented relating to a parking ticket, but rather heavy Constitutional issues binding upon all courts. The question, as is in all of our cases, rather is Due Process.
This so-called "parking ticket" case goes to the heart of basic Due Process here in America, and it does not matter whether we are talking murder 1, kidnapping, terrorism, or a seat belt violation. The charge has no relevance. If there is no Due Process, and the law does not matter in the little things, then the question arises, at what point of seriousness is one entitled to Due Process.
The fact is in reality that Due Process is only verbiage that sounds good in the law books, and that deceives the people into believing we are a nation of laws, and not of men. No, I am not a lawyer, nor have I ever gone to law school. One would never learn what I have learned in a law school. One of the attorneys for the government responded when I told him that there is no way he could win, "What if the Supreme Court disagrees with you?" I responded, "You are not listening to me. There is no way you can win." To this day, I still say, there is no way they can win! We will soon have this brief on our website for everyone to see, with more to follow.
      Again, God bless you, Michael.
      -Ron Branson
