      Another Disgusted Attorney Tells J.A.I.L.
      of Irregularities in "Justice" System
Just one day after receiving the report of judicial corruption from Attorney Daniel C. Barrish of Pennsylvania who became a Pennsylvania JAILer, J.A.I.L. received the below message from Attorney Hardy Parkerson of Louisiana who has likewise joined the J.A.I.L. team. It is indeed an honor to be hearing from these distinguished legal practitioners revealing what they have experienced in their profession and realizing that it's time for J.A.I.L.
J.A.I.L. has many lawyers on board, and more and more are joining their ranks as they, too, have become dismayed and even disgusted at what is now being passed off as Criminal "Justice" practice. When you hear the phrase "bring him to justice," do you realize what that really means today? Again, Ron invited (see at end of article below) a provocative attorney to become a JAILer, and Mr. Parkerson's response was: Thanks! Yes, count me in!  Sincerely, Hardy Parkerson, Atty. - Lake Charles, LA   So, we have yet another reporting attorney to welcome into the ranks of J.A.I.L.   -Barbie-

(This message was previously sent to all JAILers; however on second thought it is deemed worthy to be sent to all recipients of the JNJ)

A Word From Attorney Parkerson In Louisiana
      HO HUM!

161 felony defendants were fixed for jury trial in the 14th Judicial District Court this week, including several charged with Armed Robbery, and none was tried.
A jury was called and let go without having tried a single defendant.  One Civil Jury case was tried.  Yet the two parish prisons are filled to the brim with men awaiting a trial which never seems to come.  Week after week, petit juries are called to the courthouse, but hardly anyone is ever tried.
There is more to it than this, but this is something to think about. This has been going on for years.  It has gotten so bad that recently one defendant indicted for MURDER was released from jail and his MURDER indictment dismissed by the District Judge after he had been held in jail for over six years awaiting trial.  Yes, indicted for MURDER!  Yes, let go without a trial!  Yes, the Indictment for MURDER was dismissed when the District Judge ruled he had been denied a speedy trial!
Oh, well! Tell me something new! Nobody seems to care!  As long as everybody has a job and a paycheck, no one seems to care but the hundreds of defendants languishing in the two parish prisons awaiting a trial, as I say, which never seems to come.
A new Criminal "Justice" practice has developed in Calcasieu Parish.  Instead of defendants' pleading guilty and going to jail, they now plead guilty to get out of jail.  That's not the way it's s'posed to be!  Oh, well!  As Kurt Vonnegut would say, "Ho hum!"

(Initial contact from Attorney Parkerson asking for help from J.A.I.L.)
It may be that it is unethical for judges who set the bonds to reap a financial return with the rule's being, the higher the bond, the more money the judges get.  The same applies to the D.A.'s.  Are they also violating legal rules of ethics by a "conflict-of-interest" in either recommending higher bonds to reap higher financial returns, or opposing bond reductions so as to avoid diminution of financial returns?
Help us in Louisiana, JAIL4Judges!  I am afraid this is just the tip of the iceberg when we really get into telling you how things are going down here in the swamps as pertains to the Criminal "Justice" System.

      (Mr. Branson's response and invitation):
Hello Attorney Parkerson.  It is good to hear from you again, and to report on your account of internal corruption within the justice system. You are not yet a part of our JAILers Team. I just don't think it is going to take too much from us to convince you that you belong on board JAIL4Judges. All we need from you is that little three-letter word, "Yes."
