JAIL4Judges and Million Dad's March
- Dear Thomas A. Lessman:I am honored to have your attention. Yes, I am very interested in your issues. You have invited J.A.I.L. to join the MDM Discussion group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/milliondadsmarch).My first question relating to this "join" is whether this will place emails from your organization into our email box, or whether your intent is to place our mailings on your posts to the members in your organization? The reason I ask is because we quite commonly receive the same requests from numerous other organizations, and you could imagine what would be the result of accepting each and all of them. Please understand that while J.A.I.L. is concerned about the abuses father's suffer, and desires to see a soon remedy available to them, we also seek the same for women and mothers. We look at the problem not as a gender matter, but as a judicial accountability matter. J.A.I.L. has leaders from both men and women's organizations around the country, and we have a policy that J.A.I.L. will labor on behalf of both genders against a common arbitrary judicial system that affects us all.J.A.I.L. is the uniting of all organizations, all political parties, all causes, and both genders, and avoids conflicts of the same. It is in this vain that I say I am interested in your issues. Now you say, "We really need the help of someone who can draft up legal proposals!" I respect this, and if you will receive it in the spirit of which it is intended, J.A.I.L. is that "legal proposal" you are seeking. Any other legal proposal or objective, no matter how otherwise good and appropriate, is but hacking at the limbs of the tree of evil. Remember, there are a thousand good causes we all could spend time and money in seeking a cure, but there can be but only one paramount single ultimate priority cause. Judicial accountability is that one and only paramount cause! J.A.I.L. is the cornerstone of freedom and liberty for America, and without it there shall be neither! Here is my recommendation, Thomas. Do yourself and all the fathers within the Father's Rights Movement across America a favor. Join in the effort to focus your attention on the passage of J.A.I.L. in your state, and every state throughout this country. Once J.A.I.L. is passed, then you can focus your organization, and all other Father's Rights Organization's attention, on whatever cause fancies you that you see lacking. With passage of J.A.I.L. all organizations will win, and conversely, without J.A.I.L., all organizations will suffer judicial blows and defeats to their causes. Conclusion: Post J.A.I.L. on your websites, talk about J.A.I.L. at your meetings, invite J.A.I.L. speakers to your seminars and events, place up billboards that draw attention to J.A.I.L., make up J.A.I.L. bumper stickers to place on your cars, get on the radio and talk up J.A.I.L., etc. "United We Stand" must be more than words, for if we have not that single paramount cause upon which we all unite. We can yell, "United We Stand," and "God bless America," and waive our flags till the cows come home, but God will start blessing America when they start supporting judicial accountability. Otherwise we shall all continue to be whittled away down the slop of descent by our common enemy. Please, please hear what I say and respond to me on what I have just proposed to you.-Ron Branson-

My name is Thomas A. Lessman and I am the Chairman of an organization called The Million Dads March Inc. We are working to set up a series of events designed to bring attention to Fathering Issues, such as education for fathers, fathers rights, legal aid for fathers, etc.
I can see that we go for many of the same goals, especially in regards to the "family" courts and legal system in respect to fathers in divorce/custody situations. The legal drafts you've written and have posted on your website are excellent. The more people that know about them, the better their chance of getting passed into law.
On the MDM website (www.milliondadsmarch.org) I will soon have a page called "Legal Proposals". On this page I want to put proposals that have been written in order to help fathers and children. Since many of your proposals would help us, I would like to put them on this page. I will happily give Jail4Judges and the author of the proposal any required acknowledgement.
If you are interested in helping the movement for Fathers' and Children's Rights, please join the MDM Discussion group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/milliondadsmarch). We really need the help of someone who can draft up legal proposals!
It would be a way that we can help each other out. Are you interested?
